The Game is the 4th album by punk band Sham 69, released in 1980.
In 1980, Sham had just disbanded and re-formed within a couple of months, drafting in new drummer, Mark Goldstein, for this comeback. The Game rang in the ’80s as a warning of the coming decade of greed and myopia. The message was, of course, right on the mark. The album sounds like their earlier recordings, but has a much slicker production.
