The legendary Ragga Twins return with their first new album in over 30 years!

Nearly three decades after their seminal debut album "Reggae Owes Me Money", the debt is "Still Outstanding" - and the Ragga Twins are here to collect.

While the years may have passed, the sound remains unmistakably Ragga Twins: heavyweight dancehall, raw hip hop, dubbed out breakbeats and of course jungle - a sound they helped pioneer so many moons ago. Delivered with the same energy, attitude and unmistakable chemistry that made them a defining force in the UK, it shows why the twins are an immovable force in the UK and global bass music world - still touring and blowing up dancefloors around the world.

The title, Still Outstanding, is a direct callback to Reggae Owes Me Money — a tongue-in-cheek reminder that, after all this time, the debt hasn't been settled and of course, that the MCs are highly regarded. They continue to deliver. Keen fans will notice a callback in the cover artwork too - the twins adopting similar poses to the ones featured on their debut. Originally emerging from the UK's sound system scene, the Ragga Twins helped forge a distinctly British take on dancehall, bringing Jamaican vocal styles into the dance as part of the hugely influential Unity Sound. Their collision with fellow Hackney residents Shut Up And Dance in the early 90s flipped their style with the newly emerging sounds of breakbeat, hardcore, rave and eventually jungle. Their influence can still be heard throughout today's bass-heavy music landscape with collaborations with artists such as James Blake, Skrillex and many more.

With singles such as "Too Much Madness", "Fed Up" and "We Are Junglists" (featuring the sadly departed MC Fats) already firing up DJs boxes over the last couple of years, the album covers many musical bases such as hip hop, dancehall, bashment, dubstep, jungle and of course DnB. Produced in full by studio don Dean Barratt, it carries the spirit of the original Ragga Twins records while reflecting the sounds that have continued to evolve around them, combining heavyweight riddims, rapid-fire flows and their trademark energy.

Featuring guest vocals from a who's who of UK veteran MCs such as Tippa Irie, Top Cat, Daddy Freddy, Sweetie Irie and Seanie T alongside newcomers like RD, Slimer and Gabisha - all part of the extended Ragga Twins Crew. It also features appearances by some of the scenes most missed voices - the legendary Tenor Fly and MC Fats - original soldiers who have sadly fallen.

Make no mistake though - there are no attempts to recreate the past. This is the Ragga Twins now. Same attitude. New ammunition. You'd also be mistaken to say the Ragga Twins are back - they've never been away. If Reggae Owes Me Money was the invoice, Still Outstanding is the final demand.
