Klein is an artist and musician whose work often blurs the lines between fact and fiction. Her music releases, films, and performances are often informed by urban mapping, surveillance, humor, hip-hop, noise, identity, and beyond.
Sleep With A Cane was previously released as "Sleep with a Cane: The Motion Picture Music Soundtrack", featuring every track from the film, and a Bandcamp edition, titled "Sleep with a cane: Music from the Motion Picture", which contained a handful of “highlights.”
Also featured is an additional freestyle called Allegedly that has already snagged all the MOBOS and Grmdaily awards. a track that has somehow already won both the Oscar and the Golden Globe for Best Original Song. Klein herself picked up the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical, while the film adaptation claimed Best Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical.
