The lead single, “On Wires”, surges with urgency, capturing the dizzying pull of desire. “It’s about wanting someone so badly you can barely get through the motions of a night out,” she says. “It’s a real ‘come hither’ song, but the chorus is just me repeating ‘I want you,’ because that’s all I can think about.”
