Hank - Hero Weak Thing

Available exclusively through Dinked, on the back of the success of their excellently received 'Twist Grip' and ‘Spiralic’ EPs. Last year, we combined them into ‘Hank is a Band’, a 9 track primer released via our Early Doors series. It quite understandably sold out quickly, so we’re thrilled to welcome them back now with their stellar debut album.

Taking cues from bands like Swirlies and The Breeders and working hard from the ground up, Hank’s staunch DIY approach and melodic knack has captured hearts and the word on them is spreading fast. Keeping it gloriously noisy without losing fragility, all but one band member steps forward across the nine tracks to take the lead.

They successfully distill both the diverse make-up of the band and the exciting rawness of their live show onto tape. We’re properly buzzing for this!
