HUMANiSE, with its canyon-carving drums and exultant vocals courtesyof esteemed artists such as Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor, singer Obi Franky, rapper KAM-BU, Kaiden Ford, poet James Massiah, in addition to Trans Voices (with choir leader ILĀ), and a gospel choir led by Wendi Rose, hits the spot like few other dance-oriented albums that we’ve heard this year.
