Drake, Donnoya & Junior Dell - Dear Mr. Santa Claus / Merry Xmas Everybody

The A-side of the single features the Neil Anderson original "Dear Mr. Santa Claus", performed by Jamaican singer Donnoya Drake, who is currently based in Trinidad. Donnoya has been working with Neil since 2022, mostly recording rocksteady songs including originals such as "Rocksteady Boy" and covers such as "Groove Is In The Heart" and "Be My Baby". "Dear Mr. Santa Claus" is another rocksteady song that sounds as if it were recorded in Jamaica in the late 1960s.

In the song, Donnoya, who claims to have been a good girl all year long, asks Santa Claus to send her darling home, as that is the only thing she really wants for Christmas.

The perfect blend of Donnoya's vocals and the authentic-sounding music makes this song a guaranteed hit!
