Josienne Clarke - the “voice of a haunted angel”, once the dark-hearted darling of the English folk scene - returns to the tradition a decade after winning her BBC Folk Award.

Having spent the intervening years honing her singular voice as a singer/songwriter, she now revisits her most treasured folksongs to find their skeletal essence.
