Black Sheep - Non-Fiction

Their second album, Non-Fiction, arrived in 1994, reaching No. 14 on the U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop chart and continuing their signature blend of jazzy hip-hop and clever, tongue-in-cheek storytelling.

The album featured two singles Without a Doubt and North South East West.

Following its release, the group remained largely inactive throughout the decade, with the exception of Dres, who recorded a solo project under the moniker Dres The Black Sheep. Black Sheep eventually returned in 2006 with their long-awaited third album 8WM / Novakane. Shortly thereafter, Mista Lawnge departed, while Dres has continued to release music under the Black Sheep name.
