The world has evolved since then while the Dave’s have been in a holding pattern of arrested development. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEnduring many life tests in the form of felonies, arrests, prison time, flooding, hurricanes, sobriety, health issues, and a revolving turnstile of bass players. The pandemic was seen as a revelation. Sitting around on the couch doing bong loads become passé without being able to turn that stoner logic into anthems for the disenfranchised. They went back to the lab in 2024, initially tracking new songs for a future release. A process that lasted into spring of 2026.
