The leading light of those pioneering nightclubs concurrently became, arguably, the most famous poster boy of the new wave synth-pop genre as the lead vocalist of Visage.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTowards the end of a flamboyant life in which he continued to dabble in both club promotion and music, including two further incarnations of Visage, Steve Strange was working on a number of new songs with co-writer Steve Barnacle, himself a member of several previous formations of Visage!
