The event featured several bands and Hawkwind’s headlining performance was both powerful and highly memorable.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nFeaturing the line-up of Dave Brock (vocals, guitar, synthesiser), Harvey Bainbridge (vocals, keyboards), Huw Lloyd-Langton (vocals, lead guitar), Alan Davey (vocals, bass) and Danny Thompson (drums), the band’s live set featured classics such as ‘Magnu’, ‘Assault And Battery’, ‘Master Of The Universe’, ‘Brainstorm’ and ‘Silver Machine’, along with more recent material such as ‘Dream Worker’, ‘Waiting For Tomorrow’, ‘Utopia’ and ‘Moonglum’.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTwo tracks from this set were issued in 1987 on an album of the event which also featured other acts who performed on the day.
