Genie is a mid-tempo boogie track with that signature 80s 808 sound and became a dancefloor classic that inspired many releases of the era. (I'm A) Dreamer, titled simply Dreamer on European editions, became the album's biggest single, thanks in part to the extended vocal remix by Shep Pettibone, whose work with artists like Madonna shaped the sound of modern dance music. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eNow, BB \u0026amp; Q Band's \u003ci\u003eGenie\u003c\/i\u003e is reissued for the first time, celebrating its 40th anniversary as an expanded 2LP edition. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe original 1986 album is included in full, alongside a rich selection of bonus material. The bonus tracks includes nu-disco house remixes of Genie and Dreamer by Michael Gray and Ricochet by Michael Gray \u0026amp; Dr Packer.
